Lockout station features a molded Lexan base with a lockable, see-through cover. Easy to carry, a zippered pouch holds a worker's personal padlocks and other small lockout devices. Key registration card included to track and record all key codes in the facility. Reinforced snap lock clips provide easy padlock and hasp storage and removal. 4 lock station includes: (1) 497A Tags (12/pk), (2) 420 Hasps, (4) 4 RED Padlocks. 10-lock station includes 10 Xenoy padlocks, 2 heavy duty steel hasps and 24 "Danger-Do Not Operate" (English/Spanish) lockout ID Tags with ties. 15-1/4" x 22 x 1-3/4".
